INTRODUCTION

NoVig Betting, Inc. and all wholly-owned subsidiaries (“Novig” “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it while providing the ultimate sports betting experience to those who use our services (“you” or “user(s)”). 

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our online gaming website and platform and our practices for collecting, storing, sharing, transferring, disclosing, and using certain information about our users.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

• Personal Identifying Information - You are required to register an account to use the Services. During the account registration process, you are required to enter personal information such as your legal name, residential address, date of birth, social security number (or last 4 digits), email, and telephone number. Other information that may be required during the use of the Services includes, but is not limited to, credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, geolocation information, driver’s license number, your photograph, and demographic information. During the registration process and during your use of the Services is when we collect personal information from you. By providing your Personal Identifying Information and registering with us or using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your Personal Identifying Information for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Geolocation Information – There are Federal and state prohibitions and restrictions relating to wagering on the Internet (including, but not limited to, such prohibitions and restrictions set out in 18 U.S.C. §§ 1084 et seq. (The Wire Act) and 31 U.S.C. §§ 3163 through 3167 (UIEGA)). It is a violation of the state law for persons physically located outside of the state in which your account is registered to place a bet or wager using the Services. As a stipulation to placing a bet or wager through the Services, you must be physically located in the Novig state environment for which you’re attempting to place a wager (eg., if you’re logged into your Novig Colorado account, you can only place wagers from the State of Colorado). If you do not consent to your location being tracked, you may not participate in online wagering available through the Services. We collect your location information by using a third-party geolocation service.  We are required to store and retain your location information in accordance with state law.
• Correspondence - Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.
• Research - Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Transaction Logging - Details of transactions you carry out through the Services.
• Search - Your search queries on the Website.
• Know Your Customer (“KYC”) - We may receive information from certain third-party providers through our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) process in an effort to protect you from harm such as anti-money laundering and fraud.

• Pixels: We also use pixel-based tracking to track a visit or event on the platform and to track advertisements' impressions. This information is also used by us for remarketing purposes and for tracking conversions that are used to optimize our marketing activities. We may share such information (which is non-personal information) with our advertising and marketing partners. HOW NOVIG USES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is our goal to use the personal information we gather through your use of Novig’s website or mobile application to further enhance your gaming experience. Such use of personal information to better your experience shall include, but is not limited to:

• Preventing any unauthorized participants from using the Novig website or application;

You may, at any time, email us at support@novig.co to indicate you are no longer interested in receiving such emails or you may follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in all emails you may receive from us. However, the indication of such a preference to receive emails regarding Novig’s services shall not preclude us from emailing you regarding notices of any updates to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

We may, from time to time, send you push notifications based on your preferences to your mobile device. You can turn off certain push notifications in the account settings found in the Novig mobile app. You may also turn off push notifications specific to Novig’s operations in the settings of your iOS device or through the application manager on your Android device.

You may cease all collection of your personal information by the Novig iOS and Android application by uninstalling the Novig application in accordance with the standard uninstall process applicable to your device. 

UNDERAGE INDIVIDUALS

The Novig website and application are not in any way intended for any individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). No one under the age of twenty-one (21) may use the Services. Novig does not knowingly obtain or maintain any personal information from any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) through the Services. If you are under twenty-one (21), do not provide any information through the Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under the age of twenty-one (21), we will delete such information from the Novig database as quickly as reasonably possible if allowed by law.
